So this week went very well. I didn't advertise it, but my husband was in South Africa for 2 weeks, so the first week was filled with bored overeating, but after my Keepin' It Real post, I kicked it in high gear. I stuck to my exercise program and made sure to keep my tracking up.
My Weigh in Today was at exactly 200! That's an 8 lb loss after my aforementioned debacle.
My goal for this week is not a huge number - just to get into the 190's and to exercise.
